AI Growth Hacker
You ARE the new business team. You will learn how to build and run a complete outbound machine as one person, doing what traditionally took a team of 10. Research, outreach, qualification, follow-up. All channels, all powered by AI. If you want to understand how modern companies actually generate revenue, this is the fastest education you will find.
- Use AI to research, identify, and qualify ideal prospects. No manual list-building, no guesswork
- Design and automate outbound sequences across cold email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Run personalized outreach at scale. Every message tailored, every touchpoint tracked
- Own the pipeline from first touch to booked meeting. Track conversion, iterate, optimize
- Build and refine the system itself. Test messaging, improve targeting, increase conversion rates week over week
- Side projects, a blog, a newsletter, a failed startup. Show us you build things without being told to
- Curiosity about AI tools. You do not need to be an expert, but you need to be obsessed with learning
- Comfortable with code, automations, or scripting. Or eager to learn fast

AI Marketing Consultant
You will sit at the intersection of client strategy and hands-on execution. One day you are building an AI search visibility audit, the next you are producing content that ranks. You will learn how to advise companies on AI marketing and then do the work yourself. Strategy without execution is a slide deck. You will learn both.
- Support client engagements end-to-end: audit, strategy, execution, reporting
- Develop AI-powered content and SEO strategies tailored to each client's market
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify positioning opportunities in AI search
- Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, actionable recommendations for clients
- Build client relationships based on results, not presentations
- Genuine interest in SEO, content marketing, websites, and how AI is reshaping search
- Experience using an AI model as your daily operating system (ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code) is a strong plus
- Hands-on experience with a CMS (WordPress, Webflow, Framer) is a plus
- Self-directed learner. When you do not know something, you figure it out before asking
- German language skills are a bonus, not a requirement. Strong English is a must
